  1. After a debut album that presented Travis as mostly cheerful Brit-poppers and had a clear, crisp Steve Lillywhite production, the band changed things up on their second album, The Man ibepchipsibenreuclearlucamcopotu.coinfo foursome turned to Radiohead and Beck producer Nigel Goodrich to give their sound some depth while also writing a batch of songs that delved deeply into melancholy and sadness.

  3. A4 The Last Laugh Terms And Conditions gets more play at my place than any of the other Jay Ferguson solo cd's. This album didn't have a lot of fanfare when it came out, but it's more consistent in song quality than any of the other 4 albums. This is most generally regarded as Jay's "forgotten" album - it's the one that has been.

  8. This is not very complex prog rock to be honest. Last Laugh is a quite short LP because it's just a bit over 30 minutes long. The material found on the album is pretty nice but I'm not amazed by any the songs here. On the other hand none of the songs is bad either. I would never call this as a great album but it's quite enjoyable.
